Background: Have been in the Fire Service for 21 years, working for a large Department in Southern CA. Spent 14 years as a Firefighter/Paramedic, 2 years as an Engineer and have been a Captain for 5 years. Was initially hired by a smaller Department, so I understand both large and small Department operations. Started this program and podcast as a way to give back for all that was given to me to guide and mold who I am today in the FIre Service.
