So finally an update...this summer has been so busy with our girls softball tournaments and practices it has caused me to put this project on hold for a minute. As we wrap up the summer I can finally get back into it. All of my time has been spent either with the family getting ready for games or just being home since all my other time is occupied by working (voluntarily or not). Episodes 12,13 and 14 have been written out, just need to sit down and push record. Taught a day at our recent Capts Academy and am continuing to connect with people from all different agencies as we talk about promoting and life.
Here are the topics for the next three episodes:
Episode 12 - Lets talk fire -- we will discuss your moving apparatus routine / set up, discipline on the foreground and why not throw a few stories in there about some fires that I learned a lot on.
Episode 13 - Firehouse reputations - how/why do certain Firehouses hold a reputation and can you help influence your Firehouses reputation ?
Episode 14 - When is the right time to promote ? - Pretty self explanatory
